According to IMDb, actor Manolis Emmanouel is confirmed as part of the cast of Assassin's Creed Origins playing two character, Darius and Diocletian. This revelation does not only confirm the presence of the two characters but suggests that there will be multiple time periods in Assassin's Creed Origins. How those will be implemented remains to be seen.
Darius
