A poster hanging in one of the locations of The Division 2 shows a portrait of a man carrying a staff or a trident and an orb that strongly resembles an Apple of Eden, along with the title “Valhalla” written on top of the poster, which led many to believe that this is an Easter egg pointing towards the setting of the next Assassin’s Creed. Later, an article by Kotaku reportedly confirms that the next setting is indeed a Viking setting and the project is currently titled “Kingdom” and being developed by Ubisoft Montreal and set for release in 2020, according to their own sources. However, there hasn’t been any official confirmation by Ubisoft regarding any future Assassin’s Creed projects.
