Back in July 2017, it was announced that Adi Shankar, creator of the Castlevania anime will be working on an Assassin’s Creed anime. It was also revealed that it is set to focus on the warring ideologies of the Assassins and Templars, going all the way back to Cain and Abel. Until then, there wasn’t anything revealed about the anime. Until today…
In a very intriguing tweet by Adi Shankar earlier today, he addresses the entertainment and gaming industries to get ready for tomorrow at 1 PM PST. Of course, this statement could refer to any project, but given that next year is promised not to feature a brand new Assassin’s Creed title and the fact that the anime was announced but nothing else revealed from it, it could mean that a potential trailer or at least an official reveal of the work itself is set to take place.
