Today Ubisoft® announced that Assassin’s Creed® Origins, the latest installment in the beloved Assassin’s Creed franchise, will release with Arabic subtitles exclusively in the Middle East and North Africa region. The Arabic version of the game will officially be available across Middle East and North Africa on October 27, 2017 / Safar 6, 1439 on Windows PC Digital, and in Lebanon and Bahrain for major consoles. In addition, the official release on major consoles in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and the UAE will be December 19, 2017 / Rabi Al Akhir 1, 1439.
The revised release date in the Arabian Gulf, will help ensure that the game will meet and abide by the regulations of release in the aforementioned countries. Pre-orders will be live on local digital stores soon, and we will inform you on any updates.
Assassin’s Creed® Origins is a brand new vision for the franchise embracing Action-RPG elements where players level up, loot, and choose their abilities to customize their very own skilled Assassin. They will experience a completely new combat system allowing them to attack and defend multiple enemies at once and equip ultra-rare weapons against unique and powerful bosses. In early 2018, a new game mode is coming to Assassin’s Creed® Origins via a free update, called Discovery Tour by Assassin’s Creed: Ancient Egypt***, which will allow players to explore Ancient Egypt and learn about its history from guided tours.
In this dedicated mode, players can immerse themselves like never before in the rich history of Ancient Egypt and free roam the entire interactive 3D recreation of Assassin’s Creed Origins, free of combat, storyline or time constraints., Discovery Tour will offer dozens of guided tours curated by historians and Egyptologists, each with a focus on a different aspect of Ptolemaic Egypt, such as the Great Pyramids, mummification or the life of Cleopatra.
Fans who pre-order will receive the Secrets of the First Pyramids mission will discover the secrets behind the construction of the first pyramids and what mysteries lay within.
