In a video from PythonSelkanHD, an artwork which showcases a modern day Abstergo soldier is shown inside the art book of Assassin’s Creed Origins. The author of the video spotted an accidentally open page of the art book on display with the Dawn of the Creed edition while queuing for the Assassin’s Creed Origins public demo, confirming the presence of a present day segment in Origins or at least its existence at any point of the game’s conceptualization and development beyond any doubt. Of course, sometimes the actual product varies mildly or greatly from concept arts, sometimes omitting elements all together, but this is definitely a great find.
